ABOUT ME

"A lover of wildlife, nature and art."

Living in the Devon countryside I am surrounded by animals and wildlife to which I feel very connected. I completed a BA in Fine Art in 2004 but it's only in more recent years that  I have put more of my time and energy into painting and drawing.

Horses have been my inspiration, obsessed since childhood they have been a constant in my life.

To capture the essence of these graceful animals on the canvas brings me nearly as much joy as being around them and interacting with them

My studio is my second home and also where my own horses live, not in the studio but I am sure they would if they could! It is not unknown for them to poke their heads in the doorway and loiter outside waiting for attention.
